Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to the information under each product.

One size items will give you a range of sizes the item will fit.

Sized items are based on UK sizing so we recommend ordering your usual size unless it is specifically mentioned in the item description.

If you are still unsure please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return to us for a refund within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn and with all labels attached.

Sale items and jewellery are non returnable.

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.50 and all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post.

Post is sent out Tuesday to Friday and we will do our best to send out the same day if ordered before 12pm although this cannot be guaranteed.

What is the delivery process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

You will be sent your tracking number by email - please allow 3-5 days for delivery and check your parcel whereabouts using your tracking number via the Royal Mail website in the first instance.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Orders will be shipped with duties and taxes payable upon delivery to your country. You as the buyer are responsible for any VAT, duties or import tax, handling fees and/or customs charges for importing goods to your country.

The Boutique

Is the Boutique accessible?

The entrance to the Boutique has a small step which is wheelchair and pushchair accessible. There is ample room to move around the front of the shop.

The back of the Boutique is accessed via two steps and is not currently wheelchair or pushchair accessible. A member of the team will always be on hand to assist you and accommodate your needs.

There are seats situated throughout the Boutique.

Do I need an appointment for styling?

All the team are happy to advise you on styling and choosing the right pieces to suit you. You are welcome to pop in anytime during opening hours. If you have a particular request or are looking for a certain team member to help you we advise getting in touch to make sure they are in the Boutique when you plan to visit.

Do you have fitting rooms?

Yes we have two fitting rooms available for use and a large styling suite should you require more privacy.

The main fitting room is large enough to accommodate a pushchair.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! We love to welcome your furry friends to the Boutique - we have treats hidden away incase you'd rather they didn't have one but we will always offer them - if they haven't already sniffed them out.
